The item is cheap for a mini display so i can’t knock it too hard. but there’s a whole dead line on mine and the upper corners have a lot of bleeding for an ips display. i doubt it’s ips, it is likely va. you need to download the trcc software not the second one and it’ll allow you to customize it.

Very nice little screen. The magnet is quite sturdy in my opinion and should last over time. The installation of the software is not necessarily straightforward if you already have a product from the same brand. You just need to uninstall the software, reinstall it, and it works perfectly.

I purchased the Thermalright FW 240 X in the past and wanted to install a mini sub-monitor under the monitor, so I bought this one.
The packaging was so solid that there were no dents on the box, which made it hard to believe it was shipped by AliExpress.
At first, even when I connected the USB-A, only the logo appeared on the screen, which made me anxious, but after reinstalling TRCC to the latest version, the issue was successfully resolved.

Works nicely. I am using the infopanel software, not the thermalright software, as its much better. Only thing i have noticed though is this display is actually 1920×462 pixels, not 480 pixels as advertised here (and even on the thermalright website). I brought this to replace a turzx 8.8″ display which i got nearly a year ago, as that one couldnt stream video as it was a uart device not a usb native device, and this thermalright is usb – so works really well.

The product is good pretty good quality with a magnet on the back of the screen great packaging. the only thing is that when it is black in the bottom right corner it seems kind of dim color but it’s overall not bad for the price.although for like 10 or 15 usd more you can probably get the turzx screen that is better quality the screen for this is like 30-15 frames, and also the software is alright took me a minute and a video to understand it better, you have to record to get a live background on it as you cannot use it as a secound monitor or wallpaper engine you have to record a video or at least that’s what i do. i give it a 4/5 would’ve gave it higher if it had better resolution it’s pretty good for the price tho so far.
