Great cooler, at full blast it can run 7700 at 155w, for normal use i have set my cpu to 120w and use just one 140mm fan at 0-50% so its inaudible, if i set the 7700 to 80w or stock 65w i can run it passively (in cinebench) without any fan.
The included fans are not great not terrible
